Site Investigation: Establish extent of existing infrastructure and evaluate cost and method of providing necessary service supplies to site.
Preliminary Design: Provide alternative strategies for building services and environmental control systems, together with relevant costs and implications for the building structure.
Final Design: Provides all necessary documentation for tender stage, including detailed layout drawings, specifications, schedules and descriptions of equipment. Obtain necessary Local Authority approvals.
Tender Stage: Advise on selection of suitable contractors, inviting tenders, and analyzing and reporting on tenders.
Construction Period: Periodic visits to site in conjunction with other members of the Professional Team to inspect the works, monitor progress and prepare cost valuations.
Handover: Supervise the testing & commissioning of systems. Prepare as-built drawings & certify integrity of the building services and environmental control systems.
