Site Investigation: Carry out evaluation of soil bearing capacity by inspection, trial pits or specialist borehole investigation and laboratory analysis as appropriate.
Preliminary Design: Prepare preliminary designs based on Architectural studies and assess cost implications of alternative construction technologies.
Final Design: Provide all necessary documentation for tender stage, including detailed working drawings, specifications and bending schedules. Prepare calculation sheets and obtain Local Authority approvals.
Construction Period: Periodic visits to site in conjunction with other consultants to inspect the works, monitor and supervise materials and load tests as required.
Handover: Prepare as-built drawings and certify integrity of the structure.
