Site Investigation & Project Design Studies: Investigate the locality concerned and asses the impact of potential problems relating to topography, access, and infrastructural development. Prepare alternative strategic plans for developing the site.

Preliminary & Final Designs: Develop preliminary designs for consultation, and to enable preparation of outline cost estimates. Prepare a Final Design in sufficient detail to enable the formulation of an accurate cost plan and construction timetable.

Tender Documentation: Prepare all necessary information for tender documentation including detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules of finishes and components. Checking and coordinating Civil/Structural and Electro-Mechanical services drawings. Advising on suitable form of contract. Obtaining all necessary Local Authority approvals.

Tender Procedure: Checking Bills of Quantities, analyzing contract program, advising on selection of suitable contractor(s), inviting tenders, and preparing Tender Report.

Construction Period: Periodic visits to site to monitor progress and inspect the Works. Issuing certificates of payment based on Quantity Surveyor’s valuations. Administering the provisions of the Contract. Prepare periodic reports on cost and progress. Issuing instructions to contractors as necessary.

Handover & Maintenance Period: Prepare as-built drawings. Carry out inspection prior to handover and at end of maintenance period. Issue Final Certificate.
